Page's Pond is a small residential community of private, single-family

homes situated on approximately 54 acres of pine and mixed-hardwood land including a central 4-1/2 Acre pond. The homes are cited on 1/2 to 1-1/2 half acre lots, which collectively occupy less than half of the land within our community. The balance, including the pond, has been permanently set aside as commons for the exclusive use of the owners and their accompanied guests. The commons features a walking trail around the pond, a dock, a small ball field, a tennis court and a basketball court.

Page's Pond enjoys an active homeowners association (PPHA), a non-profit corporation chartered by the state, registered with the county and governed by covenants and bylaws. The association's activities are overseen by a board of directors elected by the membership.

Turnover within our community has been historically low. However, purchase opportunities do occur from time to time and will appear in this web site at the discretion of the seller. Prospective purchasers and their realtors are urged to familiarize themselves with the covenants and bylaws of the association since their observance is a condition of ownership.
